COMBICON accessories

Self-adhesive marker cards are available for subsequent labeling of COMBICON products and a flat Zack marker strip is available with marker groove for PCB terminal blocks. Both marker cards and flat Zack marker strips are numbered, unprinted and available with customer-specific labeling. Special printer and pins are available for specific labeling.

Different tools are available for COMBICON printed circuit board terminal blocks and connectors. Screwdrivers are thus available for slotted-head and Phillips screws with different blade dimensions and lengths. In order to assemble vertical headers on the PCB with press-fit pins, special press-fit stamps and corresponding crimping pliers are available for mounting crimp contacts or ferrules.

In order to prevent mixing or mismating of connectors, it is possible to code headers and connectors accordingly. In addition, additional coding is possible for some headers by coding pins and thus false plugging of PCB is prevented and a polarization is created.

Pitch spacers for increasing the pitch, cover for PCB terminal blocks in plate-type design, partition plates and pair of flanges are available as additional accessories for some PCB terminal blocks.

In order to optimally utilize the cable housing for plug with screw connection, additional accessories are available here. Bend protection sleeves are thus available for marking and labeling cable outlet,transparent label carrier and marker strips/cards.

Screw sets for fixing the header to the device wall and locking clip for fixing plugs are available as additional products for the header for panel feed-through.

Mounting flanges and shield plates are available as accessory for the connector from the COMBICON power product range.

As an extension to the COMBCION control product range, various additional accessory products are available. They are side elements, ejectors, mounting flanges, keying tabs and guide rail pairs for headers with 5.0/5.08 mm pitch. On the other hand, pullout handles and pullout aids for plug with 5.0/5.08 mm pitch, single covers for MKDS 3 product ranges and end clamp for DIN rails mountable plugs are available.

Fixed bridges are available for PCB terminal blocks and insertion bridges are available for PCB terminal blocks and connectors. They are used for potential distribution or for looping through ground conductor

The accessories for plugs with crimp connection consist of crimp contacts for different conductor cross sections and pitch as bulk and taped material and latching pullout aids to simplify insertion and withdrawal on the plug. The corresponding crimping pliers for mounting crimping contacts can be found under the "Tools" option.

The range of accessories for test plugs and test sockets consists of multi-pos. test plugs for PCB terminal blocks, individual test plugs with different plug diameters for products with test connection/touch connection and test sockets.
